What are we looking at?
L-Glutamine is an amino acid commonly found in muscle. In fact, over 61% of skeletal muscle is comprised of glutamine! Its role in the body is extremely important as it plays a part in protein metabolism, nutrient absorption, gut and intestinal health. It is also beneficial for immune support. What doesn’t this stuff do?!
Due to its high nitrogen content glutamine is a key transporter for nitrogen into muscle cells. In regards to gut health, it presents itself as one of the most important nutrients for your intestines. It can be used to maintain intestinal and bowl integrity and has been reported as a repair for leaky gut syndrome!
For those exercising hard, we put our bodies under stress on the daily and maintaining a good immune system is essential for your health and wellbeing.
How Much do I take?
