What are Essential Amino Acids?

Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are a combination of 9 essential amino acids. EAAs consist of Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Histidine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine and Tryptophan.
